~When will my package ship?

I do work a regular 8-5 Monday through Friday, so I do my best to ship orders every Saturday. However, sometimes things happen and shipping may be delayed up to a week after purchase. If you have any concerns about when your order might ship, please reach out to me via email.


~Does my order come with tracking?

All orders come tracked, regardless of amount spent.


~How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 days of shipping and international orders can take up to 8-12 weeks. Please be advised that once I drop packages off to the post office, they are out of my hands and are subject to delays from things like inclement weather, mix-ups and other shipping-related incidents.

*Please note, shipping times have been affected by COVID-19. Please allow up to 4 weeks (or more) for domestic and 12 weeks (or more) for international packages. Please be sure to monitor your tracking number and reach out to your local post office before reaching out about a possibly lost package. 


~Do you offer expedited shipping options?

As of right now, I do not offer expedited shipping. But, perhaps in the future!


~Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

As of right now, all sales are final. At this time I am not accepting returns or exchanges.

Please also note that preorder listings are nonrefundable unless the funding goal for said listing is not met. If a funding goal is not met, all those who preordered the pin will be refunded. If this is not the case, I will not accommodate refunds for preorder pins as the refund would come from my personal account.


~What happens if a package is returned to you?

If a package is returned to me, there are a few options. I can resend the package, but postage will need to be paid again. I can refund the order. Or, I can hold the package and resend at a later date. If the package is resent and returned to me again, I will not send it again and will instead refund the cost of the initial order. Shipping to send the package again in non-refundable.

*Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to know whether or not their country is accepting packages from the US at this time. I will not be held responsible for rerouted or held packages. 

*In the event of a retuned package, the customer may opt to pay shipping and have the order resent, or may opt for the order to be cancelled. I do not offer cancellations/refunds for packages retuned to me more than 1 month after the package was initially sent. 


~Do you allow combined shipping?

Yes! I offer combined shipping on orders placed within 3 days of each other for orders that do not include pre-ordered items. For orders that include pre-order items, I will offer combined shipping up until I receive the products. Please be advised that combining shipping for pre-orders with differing lead times can mean waiting longer to get your pins! Please note, I do not combine Etsy and Shopify orders.

~Will you list the customs amount lower so that I can avoid fees?

NO. This is highly illegal and can result in fines and/or jail time for me. All international buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees their package might incur upon arrival. I am not responsible for ANY customs fees one might incur. I will also not alter VAT in any way. VAT is the responsibility of the buyer to be paid when checking out.


~My tracking info says my package was delivered but its not in my mailbox?

Mixups can happen! Before contacting me, please first check with USPS to see if they have info on your package's whereabouts. Be sure to also check with neighbors and/or your neighborhood's management to see if it was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. If your package still does not turn up after this, please file a claim with the post office.

In the event that the postal service does not locate your package or your package does not turn up, please contact me. I will offer to send one replacement package if the items are still in stock, or I will offer a refund minus the cost of shipping. Customers will need to pay shipping again on the replacement package. In the event that the second package is also lost, I cannot offer a refund or replacement. 


~My order contains pre-orders and regular items. When will they ship?

All items placed with a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order item comes in and is ready for shipment. If you do not want to wait, please place separate orders! I will not refund the shipping for orders placed separately under this circumstance.


~What should I do if my address was entered incorrectly?

Please email me as soon as possible if your address was entered incorrectly! If your order ships before you catch the mistake, I cannot fix it unfortunately. If you order is shipped to an incorrect address at the customer's error, I do not offer refunds or replacements. If it is due to my mistake, I will send a replacement if the product is still available, or refund if the product is no longer available.


~What is your grading system?

Here are some things you can expect in a "Standard Grade" enamel pin:

  • Small scratches or scuffs
  • Slightly over-filled or under-filled enamel
  • Minor air bubbles
  • Small fuzz in enamel
  • Small specks
  • Any combination of the above

Here are some things you can expect in a "B Grade" enamel pin:

  • Large scratches and/or scuffs
  • Uneven/ under-filled/ over-filled enamel
  • Bleeding color
  • Large air bubbles
  • Hair or multiple pieces of fuzz in enamel
  • Missing enamel

Please note that these items are handmade and can have some imperfections, as is normal of an enamel pin.

~My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Unfortunately, I am not responsible for what happens during transit of your order. Once a package is dropped off with USPS, it is out of my hands as far as what happens to it. If the items are damaged beyond repair, please be sure to file a claim with the post office. I do not offer package insurance at this time, but may add it in the future. I will be happy to offer a discount code for future purchases if an order arrives damaged.
